All wine and spirits purchased Halfmoon Wine & Liquor are sold at its licensed premises in the State of New York, where title passes to the buyer. The buyer takes all responsibility for shipping it from New York to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine & spirits via common carrier, Halfmoon Wine & Liquor is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the buyer. The buyer will be billed for this service and any packaging materials which is listed under “Box Price” as part of the subtotal. By utilizing this service from Halfmoon Wine & Liquor, the buyer is representing that he/she is acting in compliance with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine and spirits.
